Editoral

Welcome to the seventeenth issue of Baffling Magazine.

This issue is unthemed and has eight offerings—seven from authors new to Baffling, and one from Oluwatomiwa Ajeigbe, whose “Illusions Of Freedom” in Issue Seven was his debut short story. We are delighted to be able to share more of Ajeigbe’s work.

If you like our stories, we’d be grateful if you supported us at our Patreon. Every dollar there goes directly to paying Baffling writers and maybe someday even our editors. Our initial tier is just $3/month, and joining allows us to continue pay SFWA pro-rates to those we publish.

Our wonderful cover is by Vincent Cecil (check out his site Vincent is Vintage here) and inspired by Evan J. Peterson’s “Magrathean Planetary Catalogue (Nouveau Riche Edition).”

Enjoy the issue!
